*Rest 20 seconds between exercises and 2 minutes between sets
SATURDAY:
Rest Day.
Try to complete 30 minutes of stretching during your rest days. Stretching consistently will help you to strengthen yours muscles and prevent injury. Create a stretching routine that works for you and that you can complete regularly.
SUNDAY:
30 minute jog
Weekly Review:
1 week down, 5 more to go. Excellent job! This week had some of the shorter workout featured in it, so be prepared for some more volume and intensity in the coming weeks. Remember, as the workouts get more difficult to keep that diet in check. You donât want to spoil all of your hard work with a few moments of pleasure as you eat something unhealthy.
